The serve is the first shot in a tennis game. The serve is hit from behind the baseline and must land in the service court on the other side of the net.</li> <li>**T** is for **tiebreaker**. A tiebreaker is a special game that is played to decide a set that is tied at 6-6. The first player to win seven points in the tiebreaker wins the set.</li> <li>**U** is for **up**. In tennis, you're up if you're ahead in the score. If you're up, keep playing hard and try to win the game.</li> <li>**V** is for **volley**. A volley is a shot that is hit before the ball bounces. Volleys are often used to keep the ball in play and to put pressure on your opponent.</li> <li>**W** is for **winner**. A winner is a shot that your opponent can't return. Winners are the best way to win points and games.</li> <li>**X** is for **x-court**. An x-court is a shot that is hit cross-court from one side of the court to the other. X-courts are often used to surprise your opponent and to create opportunities to win points.</li> <li>**Y** is for **yellow**. Tennis balls are usually yellow. Yellow balls are easier to see than white balls, which makes them easier to hit.</li> <li>**Z** is for **zero**. Zero is the score when you haven't won any points. If you're at zero, don't worry. Just keep playing and you'll eventually start to win points.</li>
